Opinci/My Father’s Shoes

Opinci/My father’s shoes is a 2019 animated short movie, directed by Damian and Anton Groves and made by Studioset, (with the collaboration of Framebreed and Fatfox Studio). It tells the incredible story of Dan Dumitru, the first globetrotter, and his adventures around the world. It won the Best Romanian Short Award at Tiff 2019.

It was an amazing project for which I did the character and background design (and then the 3D team used sorcery to achieve some incredible results). Watch the trailer here!
